Samm Cassiday

Samm has been involved in gymnastics for nearly eighteen years, eight as a competitive gymnast and nine as a coach. She is qualified to coach everything from Pre-K through the highest levels of team. She also cheered in college and coached cheerleading at the elementary level. Samm worked as a kindergarten teacher for four years before leaving education to work full-time at MEKS. She manages our special events and camps, helps develop our recreational and team programs, serves as the Head Coach for our Xcel Bronze, Silver & Gold gymnasts, and also coaches our Xcel Platinum and Level 6 athletes. Samm enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler, her son Henry, and daughter Maeve.
